la sintassi html è

<marquee direction="left" scrollamount="3">TESTO</marquee>

direction può assumere i valori:
left
right
up
down

scrollamount indica invece la velocità di scorrimento

esistono poi ulteriori opzioni che puoi approfondire consultando manuali di html

approfondisci qui per esempio

ATTENZIONE: il tag marquee non è compatibile al 100% con tutti i browser (con Explorer e Firefox funziona)
